Haydn Lewis

Haydn has 25 years’ experience in the public sector market, the last ten as a consultant and management analyst with a focus on process re-design – a critical element to public service transformation.

Also a skilled programme manager and member of the Institute of Consulting, he has worked across both the local government and central government sectors, on a wide range of transformation projects for clients including the Dept for Environment, the restructure of local services in Northern Ireland, and the Equality & Human Rights Commission.

Haydn has led a variety of our most complex projects – including full efficiency programmes for both unitary and second-tier authorities, driving out savings through reviews ranging from procurement to legal services. He is currently focussed on identifying the best digital transformation tools around the world and bringing them to the UK to support change here.
