Matt Radcliffe

With more than 10 years' of change management experience across local government, the NHS and higher education, Matt is passionate about organisational development and getting the most out of your people.

Specialising in the design, development and delivery of OD and people strategies, he spent several years as Workforce Development Manager at Calderdale Council, before taking his skills to the NHS and then Bradford University, where he shaped leadership and organisational development strategy.

He is equally comfortable identifying and delivering innovative OD initiatives, alongside developing whole-organisational OD strategies and resources. Matt joined iESE in 2017 and his experience across the wider public sector gives added depth to the iESE team.
