This year the IESE Conference saw an interactive online event with delegates participating virtually in a series of online sessions.

How do we fix productivity for the future? 

This conference explored innovative methods and best practices that councils can implement to enhance productivity, optimise spending, and effectively utilise their available resources. Officers, members, and leading experts came together to share insights and practical approaches to drive efficiency and achieve more with less.
