Hambleton District Council engaged iESE to carry out a Service Review with its planning department in June 2019. A typical Service Review takes between four and eight weeks. But in Hambleton’s case additional time was added to give more regular feedback on the process. This included involvement from Senior Managers, Members and also the Leader of the Council. Furthermore, it allowed time for recruiting a new Chief of Planning – a process that iESE assisted with on top of the Service Review.
