Case Study – Surrey County Council – Children’s Services

When Surrey County Council created a new Corporate Parenting Commissioning Team in January 2021 it also implemented CareCubed for Children as an important tool in the armoury. CareCubed has allowed Surrey County County to gain greater confidence that they are paying a fair cost of care and helping deliver a sustainable and sufficient environment for providers and children. CareCubed has also helped the newly formed commissioning team generate savings, including £750k saved on market spot purchasing alone.
