Thanks for registering as a Primary User for the Fair Cost of Care Tool

What happens next?

We will send you a confirmation email to confirm we have received your submission. We are pleased to announce that the tool is now LIVE and available for use for both local authorities and care providers.

Register your local authority

As you have registered as the Primary User, please click here to register your local authority in the fair cost of care tool. Once you have registered your local authority, you will find a short tutorial in the tool to show you how to add colleagues as users. Please note that you cannot add care providers as users.
We have created a short video below to show you what registration looks like in the fair cost of care tool:

What about others that try to register as a primary user?

Now that you have registered as the Primary User for your local authority, we will close registration so that no one else from your council can register. Should anyone else try and register as the Primary User on the tool itself, you will be sent an email alert with a prompt to add them as a user.

The CareCubed team are expecting that they will receive emails enquiring who has registered as the Primary User when they see that registration has closed for their local authority. In these circumstances we will pass along your details, but ONLY to people within your organisation.

When will the tool be ready?

We are pleased to announce that the tool is now LIVE and available for use for both local authorities and care providers! And registration is OPEN for Primary Users to create an account their local authority in the fair cost of care tool.
