Public Sector Coaching and Mentoring Redesigned for the Digital Age
Alchemy is a new service from iESE which connects users with industry thought leaders, innovators, expert coaches and mentors who will share their expertise remotely.
What is Alchemy?
Alchemy is designed to be the global online platform for public sector professionals to connect, engage, and share to collectively solve challenges. It’s an opportunity for you to:
- Tap into the knowledge and experience of others, share ideas, and collaborate to develop solutions to the challenges the sector is facing.
- Share your insight and expertise with others to help them overcome their own challenges.
Users will be able to create a profile, identify their challenges, needs and goals, and be matched with peers and coaches with the expertise and skills to help them. There will also be an option to book a range of slots to connect remotely, from a quick ten minute introductory session up to an hour long coaching or mentoring engagement.
How do I use Alchemy?
Alchemy supports collaboration and innovation within the public sector by providing a platform for us to come together and collectively tackle the challenges we face.
