Case Study – Folkestone and Hythe District Council
Folkestone and Hythe District Council launches a transformation project to redesign its services under a new operating model. Their overall goal is to create a council that is efficient and fit to serve its community. In order to improve the appearance of local areas and meet local resident needs, Area Officers are deployed to help. As a result of this, 1600 tasks have been created within 3 months to improve the quality of life of their residents. Examples of these tasks are graffiti, fly-tipping and dog fouling. The Area Officer project will continue to evolve to meet the needs of Folkestone & Hythe residents.
