But due to the sheer volume of cases, they knew that their processes were not as consistent as they’d like. They also saw a lot of variation in costs across similar needs. Therefore, this means a lack of visibility as to how a placement price was determined. Wiltshire now reap savings of £605kpa and consistency of approach to care cost calculations using CareCubed.
