Broxbourne Borough Council brought in iESE to do a high- level organisational review at a time when it was facing a budget deficit of £2.5m. Despite the council closing its funding gap, the customer-centric transformation model was too interesting to ignore. Using an organisational modelling tool, iESE are able to see how you are performing against data from other organsiations. Therefore, knowledge-sharing has been key in helping envision and achieve organisational transformation. It’s predicted to create a potential saving of £1.4m for the council. And also deliver benefits to residents and businesses.
